Troubleshooting

First Aid

Many issues can be resolved by simply restarting your device. If you are experiencing problems, try this first.

Restarting Your Device

iPhone or iPad

  1. Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button
    • Located on the top of the device, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until a red slider appears.
  2. Slide to Power Off
    • Slide the red slider to turn off the device.
  3. Wait for Shutdown
    • Wait until the device is completely shut down.
  4. Restart the Device
    • Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until the Apple logo appears.
  5. Restart the App
    • Once the device is back on, start the app again.

Android Device

  1. Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button
    • Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until a menu appears.
  2. Select Power Off or Shutdown
    • Choose Power Off or Shutdown from the menu.
  3. Wait for Shutdown
    • Wait a minute until the device has completely shut down.
  4. Restart the Device
    • Press the Sleep/Wake button to turn the device back on.
  5. Restart the App
    • Once the device is back on, start the app again.
