I'm Having Trouble Exporting My Movie on Android

If your movie does not export, try these steps in order. Keep the project in the app while troubleshooting.

1. Check that your device has enough free storage for a new video file. A long movie or a high-quality export may need substantially more space than the project itself.
2. Close other apps, restart the device, and try the export again.
3. Try a lower export quality or a different video format, if available. Export a short test movie to see whether the problem affects every export or only this project.
4. If the export completes but you cannot find the file, check the location you selected when sharing or saving the movie.

Do not uninstall the app as an export troubleshooting step unless you have first made an editable backup of the project. Removing an app can remove projects stored only inside it.

If the export still fails, contact support with the Android version, app version, export format, and any error message shown.
