First Aid
Many issues can be resolved by simply restarting your device. If you’re experiencing problems, try this first.
Mobile:
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of the device for a few seconds until a red slider appears.
- Slide the slider to power off the device.
- Wait until the device is completely shut down.
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until the device logo appears.
- Once the device restarts, try opening the app again.
Desktop:
- Click on the Start menu, and select “Restart” from the power options.
- Wait for the computer to shut down completely and restart.
- Once the computer restarts, try opening the app again.
